very nice i noticed for both posters only recently they start using kunai splash when before they on magic ninja hype what item recently make them do so much dmg? Wanna see a KRO vid with string/kiel and that high dmg like JRO  .

there are but useless for iRO, cause our ninja skills are very outdated.

everything, but the most important stuff are Flip Tatami, Kunai Explosion cast delay and cooldown

 

 

take a look the skillbar. when he using KE

see the cast delay of Kunai Explosion ? thats 1 sec, and the cooldown also 1 sec

and guess what ?

 

we are still using that 3 seconds CD   

 

 

now what happened if it is using 1 sec cast delay and 1 sec cooldown

there is a jRO ocp dagger that able to reduce Kunai Explosion cd by 1 sec, leaving you with 1 cast delay that you can eliminate it easily

 

see this video, the main hand is that KE cd reduction dagger and the offhand is Diva weapon. 

that damage is very reasonable even to us, if we get that Diva Weapon

what is that spinning skill?? is it a new skill or a change in effect in a current skill?? coz i dont remember kages having that skill

All Stat + 7, MaxHP + 3%, MaxSP + 3%.

 

Kagerou Shadow Armor
Increases damage of Swirling Petal by 20%.
Increases damage of Swirling Petal by additional 5% per refine rate.
When equipped with Kagerou Shadow Shoes, increases long ranged physical damage by 5%, reduces cooldown of Cross Slash by 1 second.
[Ninja set] + [Kagerou set]
All Stat + 7, MaxHP + 3%, MaxSP + 3%.

 

Oboro Shadow Armor
Increases damage of Flaming Petals, Freezing Spear, and Wind Blade by 20%.
Increases damage of Flaming Petals, Freezing Spear, and Wind Blade by additional 5% per refine rate.
When equipped with Oboro Shadow Shoes, increase fire, water and wind magical damage by 5%, reduces cooldown of Illusion - Shadow by 3 seconds.
[Ninja set] + [Oboro set]
All Stat + 7, MaxHP + 3%, MaxSP + 3%.
