hi, i have a problem with the log in screen, i put my id and password correctly but even doesn't work, i installed the game again but it's the same problem, i don't know what to do, the screen is stucked and doesn't react, what can i do?

There are a few reasons your game may be stuck on a specific screen when trying to access the game. Please let us know if you are getting any kind of error when your client stops working, and send us screenshots of the screen you are being stuck on. It may be that some files on your client have been corrupted and if this is the case you will need to reinstall your client.
