Sorry if its a noob question but i would like to know which one is better for mvping and instance boss killing. I have seen a lot of people saying both are great but that robot arm is better than crimson but i have tested on outdated places, so im not sure if anything is wrong nor finding a valid argument why which one is better.

One is like 3x the price of the other, but in terms of damage output it will depend on your total STR to make use of the robot arm's high base weapon atk.

Then Crimson will most likely be better, though you could also look into a red twin edge with an EA enchant on it since that's possible now. 

 

At least without accounting for any other buffs, gear, etc. 

 

Robot arm will have a higher "peak" possible attack, but it's median/average damage will be worse than a Crimson's with 110 total str and an extra 100 eATK.

Ah, I assumed you were asking for a Gen, though I should have figured from your avatar. 

 

I'm not sure when we will get the Illusion dungeon, but some of those illusion dungeon's have some great maces in them -- like the illusion long mace as well as a Sura specific glove which will be very strong; there's also the illusion iron driver but that one is apparently AB only. I have no clue if this is the dungeon we are going to get first ofc, but it's something to keep in mind if you plan to invest potentially billions of zeny in a weapon.

The long mace especially looks beastly and is about as strong as a robot arm, but with tremendous defensive boost as well.

Shiiiieeeeet, those are some insane weaps!! Really its worth the wait and the zeny save xD. Hope we get this soon or maybe we'll have to wait years (like OGH hard mode and their cards)

Not good with math but how will the glove fair against gms using tc?, that high atk and 2 slot seems real good

RTE is not actually as good for mvp due to 25% penalty for large size but it is good for some bio5 mobs

Robot arm is better than crimson but it is also considerably more expensive so you might want to settle with crimson
