A, and opt for Temporal STR boots.
If you're still leveling and are mobbing, getting them with the speed of light enchant is good too, since you can proc the effect pretty easily with lava flow + axe tornado. this will basically make it so you don't get hit by auto-attacks while mobbed, and if you have an evil dragon armor or vanargand helm, you'll be fine for SP.
