I just want to confirm if what i read in one of the posts here is true The Bypass 30% of def on Demi-human enemies doesn't work on Players only on Monsters?

does it matter when we have all the 100% bypass gears already. and nobody uses vicious on pvp/woe.

the demi humans mod on vicious weapon doesnt work on players, only demi human monsters
