Hello folks,
With permission from Campitor, updated the first post with the current planned fixes under January 4th 2019 update.
If you have questions, feel free to ask but please avoid re-quoting the listing in your post because it will be adjusted/changed at some point.
Details may be added at a later time by the staff, but here's what we have so far.

- 28513 → Celine's Brooch [1]
Adjusted the set effect with Celine's Ribbon damage to boss monster with magical attack + 10%.
Date of change: 4/4/2019
Is this referring to the initial 10% boss damage when Celine Ribbon is not upgraded? is this 10% not working? or it will nerf the 50% magical damage to boss at +9?

should be the former and not the latter.
currently it only gives 40% magic damage boost to boss protocol monsters from its +7 & +9 effects.
the initial 10% boost combo from wearing the ribbon and the brooch are disabled due to compounding bug that increases the combo to 100% magic damage to boss instead of 50% in total.
celine brooch original gung-ho effects for reference.

This is for the combo.
Currently it is giving 20%, 20%, 20%. After the change, it will be 10%, 20%, 20% as intended. So it's a nerf.

well none it matters though if its indeed a nerf and we lose another 10% magic damage to boss.
looking forward for further boost from future Bloody Doll Dress :V

Can Cinnamon or Campitor clarify the "nerf"? because its seems like currently is giving 40% damage and not 50% as per item description.

No, it is giving 60%, not 50%. Can 10000000% confirm this since I found out during testing :U

Name fixed to Hero Manteau
Hero Manteau will now properly add Flee and reduction to Neutral property attacks per 3 upgrade levels of the item.
Issue: It only added +1 Flee and 1% of the reduction, fixed to +3 Flee and 3% reduction.
The change is immediate; ETA: Next weekly maintenance.
Is this gonna be capped at +10 or not?

Please correct this:
If upgrade level is +9 or higher:
- Additional MDef +15
- Additional Perfect Dodge +1
- Reduces damage taken from [Critical Slash] by 100%. - Does not work

If server migration or relogging is performed with two supplemental chips installed, only one delay reduction effect can be obtained

monster's Critical Slash is quite similar to HP dmg portion of Hell Gate.
Can't be reduced by any %reductions.
For item. Only GR can reduces its dmg.
For skill. Energy Coat and Mental Strength can reduces its dmg.

I’m guessing prolly you can use it to either left or right slot but you can only equip 1.

in jRO it only ever goes into 1 slot, where as the other ones, Magician's Glove and Blacksmith's Glove were always meant to go in both slots.
