91%-92% total after-cast delay reduction

How much DMG can a rk with those items do? Looks lacking in dmg to me.

Are those items big improvement compared to storm stone+peuz?

It's should be a pretty big improvement, specially with the Baby Dragon Hat. It's gonna cost you a lot of money though.

I'm not a fan of Storm Rune so I cannot comment as accurately as I want to.

 

Anyway, to give you an idea on why spammability > burst.

 

100k damage on neutral with 75% ACD redux will deal 200k DPS if you can manage to hit 2 DB/s

60k damage on neutral with 90% ACD redux will deal 240k DPS if you can manage to hit 4 DB/s (can deal up to 5 DB/s under ideal conditions / practice). You also get hit less because it's easier to kite.

But do take note that there are situations where one-shotting > spammability though.

Tbh I wasn't really thrilled with the baby dragon hat. It just so happened that they're gonna release temporal ring on the same box. Now the hat's very nice to use even on non-mvp builds.
