Int 60 + 9 became Int 60 + 26 when equipping the +11 glorious avenger... isn't that already a +17 difference?

the weap gives Int +1 by itself, additional Int +1 per refine...
so a +11 would give Int +12, then an additional Int +5 for reaching refine level +10 and higher.
That would make it a total of Int +17 at +11 refine, right?

IMO according to KRO. The description is wrong.
Int per refine rate start at +6, not +1.
So +11 will be int + 17 as intended.
6 from base Int.
6 from refine rate (11-5)
5 from +10
6+6+5 = 17
