Current RG headgear is above average. Better leave the way it is.

Imitation Very Normal Hat
Agi+5
Adds 100% chance of casting ‘Hiding lv 1’ when using ‘Sightless Mind’.
Increases damage of 'Sightless Mind’ by 10% per level of 'Gank’ learned.
If ‘Gank’ and 'Sword Mastery’ levels are maxed:
Adds 100% chance of buffing the user for 10 seconds when casting ‘Stealth’:
Perfect dodge +100, perfect hit +100.
If refine is +9 or greater:
Increases damage of 'Sightless Mind’ by 100%.

About the effect of divine guard hat. It should also buff grand cross for auto tuna belly, the auto Ray of Genesis still requires inspiration (consume exp for limited time) / banding (need a lot of skill points to unlock) the headgear is very useless for begginers.

It has taken me a while to finish all possible tests. I’ve been testing on and off for 3 weeks now. I should be able to post a final honest review video by the end of this week. You can watch it later then decide if it’s good for you or new beginnera.

iRO can’t manipulate game mechanism itself. RoG will always need Banding or Inspiration.

When that arrives (if we don’t die first), people will want to nerf the hat. RG is an underdog class and it will always take that ranking lol.

Most players here aren't very keen with the idea of MATK on RG. Maybe, if by some miracle, we get the Save the King sword and King's Guard...

Imitation Shrine Maiden Hat
Aspd + 1
Crit +10 per level of 'Mana Recharge’ learned.
Increases 'Duple Light’ damage by 10% per level of 'Mace Mastery’.
Adds 2% chance of inflicting Crystallization on the target per level of 'Expiatio’ learned when dealing physical attacks.
If 'Duple Light’ is maxed, adds 100% chance of buffing the user for 360 seconds when casting 'Duple Light’: adds 20% chance of casting lv 10 'Frost Nova’ when dealing physical attacks.
If upgrade is +9 or higher, additional Aspd +1, Flee +20.

And yeah, I just tossed some sort of random numbers that I think are on the verge of being too big/OP. Actual values would probably need real testing.

Imitation Performer Hat
Wanted to change my proposal for performer hats while keeping the goal of boosting supportive performer builds. The aim of this hat is to make performer class more active and easier to move around with instead of being just some guy that follows around playing his mixtape.

Bonus that's only active when performing a song:
Remove half of movement speed reduction when performing a song. Reduce only half so a Soul Linker will still be needed for the full reduction.
Adds 100% chance to autocast Arrow Vulcan at level learned when casting Melody Strike/Slinging Arrow. Melody Strike/Slinging Arrow are the only active damaging skills that performers can use when they are performing, adding the autocast will allow them to do high single-target damage even while they're performing.
When ensemble song being performed is Mental Sensing:
Adds 100% chance to autocast Phantom Thrust when casting Melody Strike/Slinging Arrow. This will pull monsters towards the performers making them fall inside the songs range and allowing the song to take effect.
Possibly other effects matching with other ensemble skills to promote partner play.

Increase Melody Strike/Slinging Arrow damage by 20% per level of Music Lessons/Dance Lessons.
Increase Arrow Vulcan damage by 5% for every level of Music/Dance Lessons
Reduce Cast Time of Melody Strike/Slinging Arrow by 100%.
Arrow Set Bonus
Any instrument/whip-type weapon paired with arrows:
Combos with status inflicting arrows so performers can also apply disabling debuffs to targets, this will open up another possible support role that they can play. Basically amplified bonus of Freeze effect of Stem of Nepenthes, and Stun effect of Harp of Nepenthes. I am proposing this effect for performer hats because instrument/whip performers lack the arrow set bonuses that one can get when equipping bows.
Frozen Arrow
adds +25% chance to inflict Frozen status with every physical attack
Stun Arrow
adds +25% chance to inflict Stun status with every physical attack
Hunting Arrow, Steel Arrow, or Elven Arrow
increases long ranged damage by 25%
other possible arrows to combo with:
Flash Arrow, Curse Arrow, Mute Arrow

Agi +1 per level of Impressive Riff/Slow Grace known
Int +1 per level of Magic Strings/Gypsy's kiss known
Vit+ 1 per level of Song of Lutie known
Dex+ 1 per level of Focus Ballet known
Luk+ 1 per level Perfect Tablature/Lady Luck known

+9
Increase Arrow Vulcan damage by an additional 5% for every level of Music/Dance Lessons
 
Imitation Autumn Headband
An additional effect I want to include with previous proposals:


> Adds a chance to inflict Silence Status when hitting a monster with Shockwave Trap or Electric Shocker.
This will hopefully make Shockwave trap gain use in pvm scenarios since the sp drain won't take effect against monsters. I'd say Silence status would be a fitting interpretation of "draining a monster's sp".
Status Chance Computation:
Silence Chance = [50 + (Shockwave Trap/Electric Shocker Skill Lvl x 10)]%
60% chance at Trap lvl 1, 100% chance at Trap lvl 5, similar to Fire/Ice Trap status effect chances

2019 Add-on:
Have some ideas for makeshift "No Limits" for trapper build:
Idea 1 - New Skill
> Enable use of Enchant Blade lvl 1 or matching skill level of Trap Research learned.

> Gains an effect for 60 seconds when casting Enchant Blade:
* Increase inflicted short-ranged physical damage by +50% x SkillLvl of Enchant Blade cast.
* Reduces inflicted long-ranged damage by 50%

Idea 2 - Add-on effect to existing skill

> Gains an effect for 60 seconds when casting No Limits:
* Increase inflicted short-ranged physical damage by +50% x SkillLvl of No Limits cast.

Imitation Black Ribbon Hat[1]

An imitation of a simple black ribbon that promotes focus no matter how intense the battle is.

 

Casting Aura Blade 100% autocasts Giant Growth to the user.

Casting Enchant Blade imbue the user with Crushing Strike

Casing Parry autocasts 100% Millennium Shield to the user.

Casting twohand-quicken 100% autocasts Fighting Spirit to the user.

Casting Bowling Bash 100% autocasts Storm Blast.

 

For every level learned on Rune Mastery increases the users hp by 5% and sp by 3.
