Bijou card is alright. It's not that great. IT's been 10b forever while Inflation keeps raising.

 

But 10b for the ring ... that's nice. It's just a fair trade

What do you mean they loved it. Is the damage that much significantly better. Let's say for RM +40 int CC, how much damage does CC increases like 10k max? . Is it really worth 8-10b that's the question??

You better love that ring it's worth 8b now? You have to love it, sleep with it. The only thing that  might hate it, is your wallet.

Where they get autumn headband

Sources says around 20%+ more dmg, like 10k increase from 50k to 60k dmg on CC using RM. As for using BP or SOL to bomb, no one shared their test yet.

the way Stat-based skill works,

 

it does scale with the strength of your character. having +40 int on character with mediocre gears is not same with having one on a geneticist that decked out with Top tier gears.

 

this does work to every classes. as long as it has this  : Skill formula = X Stat * blablabla this additional modifier%.

Spend 300m making it +9. Its a good armor maybe its better keeping it than vending it and also enriched is not around or people choose to vend those bsb to recover the cost after opening some ocp.
