So apparently the headgears have been updated, as per game descriptions. Can we have a changelist?

Nevermind the RG hat is working you just need to be on Inspiration or Banding for the Genesis Ray part to go off? What's the point of this then lol.

Hmm, welp, my guess was that maybe the Genesis Ray wouldn't autocast if the enemy died. Nope. Checked in NCT with a +0 Divine Guard Hat and GR wasn't casting after lots of HC spam. Doesn't appear to need refinement to fire the GR and I saw that video that Ashuckel made of it working on Sakray. So idk. Only other thing I can think of is that my RG only has HC 6, but that should only affect the damage if the hat was at +9.

Usable By: Mechanic
Reduces the cooldown of Axe Boomerang by 1 second.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of Axe Boomerang and Axe Tornado by 40%.
The 1 second cooldown reduction of this hat is not working. Please take a look at it.

There are multiple benefits for casting via Holy Cross with the hat, the most important being that almost all damage taken has been nullified.

You need to fulfill the requirement to cast Genesis Ray which is either be on Inspiration (No one is going to level with inspiration on) or have banding up (at least another RG) before the Genesis Ray effect goes off. AKA my excitement has been killed.

Aha, I must have missed that detail when I was following the threads. The Tuna Party cast does make more sense to me now, as it's enough to deal with Inspiration's recoil damage. Alrighty... I'll give it another shot soon.

Casting Genesis Ray from any skill deals with part of the damage taken. The Tuna Belly covers the rest. It's pretty solid. Sadly we couldn't work out a way to bypass Inspiration or Banding. Zayaan offered a possible solution, but it would have been too much.
