Gray wing boot movement speed increase doesn't stack with agi up or wind walk after the update. Is it bugged or changed?

It is intended from what I have been told, movement speed boost does not stack with the other speed modifiers.

i thought gray wing boot movement speed buff is stackable as before the update it stacks together with agi up or wind walk but agi up and wind walk doesn't stack. Maybe it was bugged before and is fixed. Hope if u can confirm it with other. Recently, didn't see any updates that notify change is made to gray wing boot so i think it might not be bug.
