I've finally made KVM Qatar and knife, which one should I make+14 and the other +13? I'm planning to make dd crit and RC builds but don't have enough experience with the builds so don't know which one is more useful. Can only afford to attempt one +14 and should I fail both will be +13. Is there a huge difference in damage from +13 to +14?

Dagger is better at +14 currently, Katar is nice but there arent many places to use it outside woe, since  like 1/3 of the mobs in bio are demon and switching weapons remove EDP is kinda hard to use it
