[Resolved] Can't connect to servers and many Warpportal pages

Hello,

 

a few days ago I was unable to connect to the game as it told me to be unable to connect to the servers.

After a bit trouble shooting my last option was to un- and reinstall the game. Uninstalling wasn't the problem but as I tried to download the client....

First thing I  noticed was that it took a very long time to load the Ragnarok Online homepage. After several minutes and tries the page actually opened and allowed me to click the 'Client Download' button.

And from this point on only 'Time out'. Every time.

When I try to get in the regular Support forum here the same thing happens. Trying to enter the Warpportal for my account: Time out.

 

So, yeah, something prevents me effectively from playing this game. Or even downloading the client. And I like this game a lot!

I hope someone might provide assistance in this matter.

It helped so far that I have the client back now. The issue with 'Failed to connect to server' remains... :/

Still no change.

I would think that I'm banned for some reason unknown but I didn't get an E-Mail about it and that I can't even enter many Warpportal-Pages is strange too.

And I stumbled upon something a few minutes ago:

As far as I was able to read into it there is some problem about the new privacy regulation of the EU and Gravity but I didn't understood half of it :'D

Please see staff statement on the issue here and here, in summery, users connecting from affected countries by GDPR will not be able to use WP services and its games.
