Just tried to submit a ticket about not being able to log in a specific character.

Filed the ticket, got the code, got a reply..and part of it say's something like this : "Please be informed that the GM team is currently experiencing a technical issue that might delay the resolution of your request"

 

Just wanna know how long and wont they close my ticket while waiting? i replied 2 times already and got no response.
