I can't access the character in mora's map.
but another char in the same ID can login normally. my char stuck. When selected the character there is disconnect pop-up show immediately. And i can't submit ticket to fix this issue. Please help me.

It was happen when i buy the elven arrow from mora and then took in storage in mora map. it's bug. And can't contact GM this's so very bad.
