I Can't Purchase a WP Energy by using Boku pay by Mobile.

Hi Techical Support,

 

i cant purchase WP Energy using Boku pay by Mobile system. I called my technical support in Globe Telecommunication company, they told me that my MPIN is Active, but when i purchase in Boku, the system says "Sorry, your MPIN is incorrect. but i try to update my MPIN but its same problem. pls help me... i need to purchase badly.

Sorry you are having this problem.  Please make a ticket so support can look into this matter.  Here is the link to the support page.  Use "Technical/ Web Support" for the ticket department and explain the situation to them.  

 

I'm sure support will be able to help.  Good luck! I hope your issue is resolved soon.

You did not specify what your issue is but since you have already made a ticket, you can reply in the ticket itself at the website if you have a support account. To create a support account, click on "Register" on this page. Once you have a support account, log in and follow this guide to find your ticket so you can reply in it.
