Hello...

 

I need to report something and I can't submit tickets it sends me to an error page.

 

Anyone having the same problem?

 

any help really appreciated

support is offline already for 2 weeks; no one from the administration has yet pronounced =)

Xealot has just reported to the RO1 forums that the ticketing system should now be working properly. Please let us know if you encounter any problems still.

Still unable to

 

1. log in in support wrapPortal page, https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx.

- It just refreshes the page.

 

2. submit a ticket.

- After submitting a ticket, it shows the screen of "ooops. something went wrong. this has been logged and reported. please try again later, or submit a ticket detailing the error you are encountering at the support site"

 

Any help is appreciated

Staff are still trying to find what is wrong with the support site, could you help supply some information?

Which browser were you using when trying to submit the ticket? Have you tried an alternate browser?
Were you connecting any attachments with the report? If yes how many and do you know the file sizes?

I just tried in Firefox Version 61.0 (64-Bit) on Windows 10 as well as Microsoft Edge and ran into the same issues described above. Trying to sign in simply refreshes the page, and trying to submit a ticket anyway takes me to this page: https://i.gyazo.com/...54bf5e8dab9.png

 

Please let me know if there's any additional troubleshooting I can do for you folks. Unfortunately, I don't have IE or Chrome installed on this PC.

 

Also, is there an alternate way to submit a ticket? I am trying to have my character passcodes in Requiem reset so I can play it again, it's been years haha.

Tried Chrome, IE, Safari and mobile browsers. Nothing works.

I cannot buy KP either. Also I cannot send ticket. Already one month.

Hello all....i cant send a ticket...ihave tried everything from deleting cookies, using mobile network even using my cellphone. Please fix this. thankyou

Pressing the link just redirects you back to this error page.  It's an endless loop.

They don't have to answer tickets if we can't submit them.  Working as intended.
