I am taking another crack at my rocket launcher Rebel and was wondering where to buy Shooting Mines? Howling Mine requires a coin and a shooting mine. I'd like to see the damage but have no clue where to purchase said ammo.
There is no item named 'Shooting Mine' in the game. The required catalyst is an ammo named 'Grenade Launcher' sold by the vending machine west of Prontera Item Shop.
