Also they only give 50% FCT reduction to Oratio and Howling Lion, it is supposed to be 100%. Please fix.

Please address the latest Devil's Hand and Valkyrie Drop changes. They do not seem to be announced anywhere, and in-game descriptions have not been changed.
Changes:
Both items no longer grant 50% FCT to all skills.
Devil's Hand: Grants 50% FCT to Howling Lion.
Valkyrie Drop: Grants 50% FCT to Oratio.
They are supposed to have 100% targeted FCT reduction.
Now we have lost the generic 50% which worked as compensation for not having the full cast removal on the specific skills, and since that is fixed, we are just left with a plain nerf.
Yes, fix it as soon as possible please. Because it affects to what gear we are goin to use. It means that affect our stat build and skill build too. Confuse now

Demon's Hand had 2 bugs.

They fixed at least #1 at today's maintenance.
If iRO follows the effect of jRO version strictly like other items will be fix in October, Demon's Hand would get -100% FCT of Lion's Howl.

It does not reduce variable cast. It does reduce FCT by 50% if that's what you're asking.

#2 Reducing variable casting time by 50% with Devil's Hand and reducing variable casting time by any% with other gears or enchant, they stack in multiplication but not addition.

Mental Strength is 2.5s fixed and 2.5s variable.

still a good item regardless. Would have preferred if we got -50% included for Zen along with MS a few of the existing skills. This delay is ridiculous.
