After the patch this week, now we basically have unlimited supply of community head gear (3 hr cooldown for camp quest and you get to choose what you want + can put in a huge party of alts per run). So with the current safe certs prices, will it be better to just refine them normally and blow them up if failed?

 

If going the blown up route, probability-wise, how many HG will need to be stocked to make one +9?

I once did armor refines of trash armors for certs using normal elu. Got one pc of +9 from 100pcs. It was from around 5 +8s. It was really bad. So try it if you are feeling lucky.

Id rather make +7s than 9. Might only need around 10pcs then wait for enriched hammer.

18.24% probability of getting it from +4-+9 using enriched elu.

 

i made 6 AHB, used enriched elu to +9 them all. 2pcs went +9 from +4.

The cost of 1 enrich elu is rougly about 13m each if the wpe price is at 700m, safe certs are 14m.

 

Its really up to you... I have plenty of e.elu leftover from the last remix so gonna yolo them~

I yolo upgrade a bunch of headgear with the leftover enriched ores in storage. I wouldn't spend kp/zeny to buy more ores or certs just for upgrading the community headgear tho

The chances are like 1/5 will make it to +9 without breaking but it feels higher or i'm just lucky. I been averaging 1 community headgear out of 3 not breaking from +4 to +9 using enriched ores. 

I think it's cheaper to use enriched ores, especially if you have some leftover.
