i want to load but if my thinking is correct... i log in warpportal account then add wpe.. then load my cellpone number .. then choose bokupay then nothing else? it automatic consume my load and have th e wpe?.. nothing etc. to d0?like register or confirm whatever? too much hustle for that..

and how about payeasy? same same to?just load then place order?

they will send u a txt msg.. all u have to do is reply yes (6x).. thats it.. u got your WPE..^_^

i still use boku pay here at middle east to load WPE.. and still working.. dont know with other place..

i tried purchasing wpe twice using my mobile prepaid balance the total amount was 120 Saudi Riyals but it did went through. And when i checked my balance, it became zero.

where did my balance go? And i didnt even get my WPE points. This is so frustrating

 

I hope I will be compensated for the loss of my prepaid balance for nothing.

You did right by sending in a ticket as that the only way to get the issue investigated.

kindly be patient till the payment department makes a response to your ticket, in future avoid posting a ticket number on forums
