Hello impao5212,

 

The message indicates account block, to get proper assistance on the issue please follow the steps below.

  • Go to Warpportal Support page [here].
  • Click on Submit a Ticket.
  • Choose Ragnarok Online from Department.
  • Click Next.
  • Choose Account Recovery as type of ticket.
  • Add the other important information as required.
  • Make sure to enter a valid email to get ticket updates.
  • In the Message Body make sure to state the ID of the account with issue and the error message (screenshot of the error preferred).
  • Add any other information you find necessary.
  • Send the ticket.

Once that's done properly, you will get a confirmation in email. It may take anywhere between hours to a few days ~2 on average for a GM response. So make sure the email used is valid.

Me too, roll back and my zenny got deductive but the item i bought was gone..Also cant file a ticket due to error in the cs page..

Please try the following in order:

 

  • Disable browser Adblock addon.
  • Adjust or briefly disable the security applications that hook themselves to web browsers.
  • Briefly disable your antivirus.
  • Clear your browser cache folder & cookies.
  • Try a different web browser: Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome, Chrome Canary or Chromium.
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled on the web browser.
  • Use another device on the same network.

 

Next, register a support account using the following guide then send in a ticket.

Still cant file a ticket. the message says "Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported.

All right, go ahead and message Xealot [link] on forums with details of your issue and account. They should be able to assist accordingly.

Since it is weekend, Xealot may not see the PM till Monday. Would you be okay with that? Else you can try to send in a ticket every now and then and hope it goes through.

Thank you so much VmodCinnamon, i've already message Zealot regarding my problem. I'l just wait for his reply..
