Has anyone ever had a problem with the hat-making quest?
Yesterday I went to make one. The NPC picked up the items and did not give me the Hat. I felt myself being stoled.
Before that happened I had 2 Beret in hand and ready had a Feather Beret and equipped.
I wanted to know if anyone has ever had a similar problem, I already sent a ticket but I still have not had an answer.
