Hello All,

I had another Rodex Burp with items missing in the limbo, this time for a different reason that will be reported accordingly to staff so they can keep track of the different things the system can do wrong.

The thing is... now the support system has been down for the last 48 hours and it is impossible to send info through... which takes me to ask you if you are experiencing the same?

When in game system fails, and support system fails.... kinda too much failure, no? Gotta be a sign of my first MVP card drop coming soon... dont give up Hunter.... sigh.

Some users may experience issues with the support system, it is still being looked into.

Below are suggested solutions to help in assisting the error.

  • Disable browser Adblock addon.
  • Adjust or briefly disable the security applications that hook themselves to web browsers.
  • Briefly disable your antivirus.
  • Clear your browser cache folder & cookies.
  • Try a different web browser: Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome, Chrome Canary or Chromium.
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled on the web browser.
  • Use another device on the same network.

 

Next, register a support account using the following guide then send in a ticket.

Tried all your suggestion, still stuck/unsuccessful... support system closed the ticket in the meanwhile... should i pass you or xealot ticket details on pm?

Support system went under manteinance bit even after that problem persists:

I have no means to reach them and my ticket has been closed.

Will wait for advice.

Its been 1 week. The support system continues to be unaccesible.

On top of RODEX eating items in game, now I am facing WPE codes not working, which means losing the WPE and not being able to VIP. I am in need of assistance with no means to reach another human being to solve things.

This a very BROKEN user experience. Cannot play without items dissapearing into limbo, now cannot pay, cannot VIP, cannot even contact support.

Flare shot to get some very much needed assistance. This is frustrating and making me wonder if it is even worth it to continue trying. 4+ year user, never faced so much nonsense in a row.

Please describe or screenshot the page with the issue, there is one report so far that states the page as going "blank". There is no follow up on that yet so can't report this up without proper detail.

Inded after thr input of the code I get a blank message with just a -

No load of points on the receiver end.
Substraction of points in the giver end.

Posting to close the case if Mods allow it and share outcome.

It took time but we managed to recover all RODEX Items. Piece of advice if ti is valuable take snapshots of your mail just as you would do for an important trade. It will serve you well if in need.

WPE was restored, ticket never worked, this is quite an outlier and never happened to me charging several thousands per month. You can very much trust the system and the backup of all transactions.

Support system continues to operate in a limited manner... keep your tickets short and just in case copy the text if it fails, come back, paste and make shorter.
