Hi, everyone! The question is simple:
When a Boss (MvP) is under Eska state, is it able to use skills or just ordinary attacks? Because monks under Mental Strength status cannot use skills and iRO Wiki skill builder says that the monster won't be able to use skills.
Please, answer only if you are sure of it, because it will change my whole build.
