Yes I tried to submit a ticket and even that system is messed up. Stuck in some dumb loop where I answer all questions then it tells me i didn't.. and makes me start over.

 

I'm getting an HTTP 500 error when trying to buy IM points. I can pick the payment type and dollar amount click ok and gives me the error and bunch off code...

In regards to the ticket, please try again using a different browser and if you are still unable to submit the ticket, send a pm to Krexus here at the forum.

Try purchasing point with Microsoft Edge or another browser. I had issues with Opera and Firefox when buying points.

There was a problem with the support page and an emergency maintenance was performed a couple of days ago.
