I am not good at crunching numbers so I'm just gonna ask the pros here.

Knuckles' size penalty are as follow: Small - 100% Medium - 75% Large - 50%

Spartacus' effect now at +10 is +100% damage to all sizes making it Small - 200% Medium - 175% Large -150%

Spartacus's nerfed effect will make the size penalty "null" or in other words Small - 100% Medium - 100% Large - 100%

1. Is my understing above correct?

2. If so, In what refine lvl will spartacus outshine other weapons specificaly Robot's Arm and Crimson Mace? or does it have the potential to outshine those weapon (I know that spartacus has lower base attack compared to other weapon like robot's arm but it has that innate atk % bonus per refine.)

You are correct for the part that the nerf will make its effect just like a Drake Card (recovers all damage loss from size penalty).

 

For the though that it will outshine other weapons, it would not anymore since it has lost its 100% damage boost due to the nerf. As I have heard from other players: Robot's Arm will be the best if your Str is above 160, else use Crimson Mace if your Str is below 160. The 10% bonus from Spartacus is not enough to cover the high base weapon atk of Robot's Arm and the High status atk of Crimson Mace.

Yeah I already know about the str part with weapons. So spartacus' 10% atk is not enough ei.. This answer is particularly what I am looking for. Thanks a lot!

Im test +14 crimson mace and +10 spartacus on Bijou and DMG difference about 40-50k  and spartacus is so higher than cimson mace

Yes this is true at present. But wait until the nerf takes effect sooner or later, this won't be anymore the case.
