Due to the 4th of July holiday this Wednesday, maintenance will be rescheduled to tomorrow Tuesday July 3rd beginning at 1:00 PM PDT. Updates will be posted upon completion of maintenance!

Notes: 

 

• Yesterday we had an emergency maintenance period following a further instance of the service becoming inaccessible. After a detailed examination the reoccurring problem was identified. In brief summary, errors on one of the database servers for Requiem were the cause for the stability issues going back to June 6th and in each case would result in the system rebooting leading to the service becoming inaccessible. Furthermore, we discovered the software events logged in each incident and were able to troubleshoot a solution. During the emergency maintenance period yesterday we applied the solution and will continue to monitor.
• July 4th is a US National Holiday.
• There will be no scheduled maintenance period on Wednesday, July 4th, 2018.
• The maintenance period we will have on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018 will reset the various leader board and reward prizes 1 day early.
• The 10th Anniversary Event Period (including Bonus Rates, Transmogrify Quest, and now added Job Change Merchant) will continue. The Bonus Rates and limited time Quest string will continue for another week. The Job Change Merchant will be available thru the 4th of July only.
