I've been trying to send in a support ticket for 2 days now and it literally wont go through, it's all "oops, theres been an error, please try again later" SO HOPEFULLY, i can get an answer here and maybe someone higher up can bring it up to the devs?????????
but rogue's rank up test is bugged out dudes, i tried going from rank D to C, and after accepting the quest from gilgamesh, when hes supposed to warp you, nothing happened, the quest wont show up in my log book. so hopefully, by posting here i can get ya'lls attention directed to this because im super pissed off by not being able to send in a damn ticket about this. ugh

i got the same problem and server time is bugged more than month, I really feel an abandonment of the administration on the game.

Support site has been down across several games and is under investigation. In the mean time please try this to access the rank up quest:

Check mailbox for quests. There should either be a "To become Rank C" or a "The Ways of Great Thief" quest. If it's the former, turn that into Gilgamesh again and check mailbox again for the latter.
