I have a issue to solve, but i'm having problem to send ticket. I need a payment support.
Every time I try to submit the ticket this happen "Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported.

Yeah I had that same problem too.

 

You'll have to create a WP support account and log in to properly send a ticket.

Some users are still having issues with sending a ticket, to troubleshoot, please follow the steps below in order:

• Try the usual Power UP error guidelines here.
• Send a ticket with or without logging into a support account.
• Ensure the ticket content/attachment are not too big.

If the issue remains, contact Xealot on forums with the details.

Some users were able to send a ticket when limiting their ticket content to 200 letters or less, but yes, do PM Xealot if nothing helped.

what you type is 137 letters and my "ticket" is only 469 and with out screenshots or extras

 

that's not big at all i mean i had send way longer than that.

 

but that have nothing to do with the fact i can't login in the ticket system, while i can here and in the Game's CP :s

All right, he may not be able to see the PM till Monday or Tuesday working hours Saying that, I hope it doesn't take a lengthy time to address.
