BUG after purchasing for VIP...

after purchasing WPE and converting it to VIP for 7 days. i then restarted my account... after typing in my details i could log in till the players count then it logs me out. whats is wrong with my account? my friend tried openning his account on my computer and it works fine. please respond. thanks

Hello there,

 

What do you mean by "logs me out"? Because there is actually a message that indicates someone has logged onto an ID, however if you are getting a disconnected from server let us know to assist further :)

i cant log back in the game. after getting the VIP from warpportal. i had to refresh the game so the VIP would work. but as i log in. it keeps giving me a message failed to connect, but when my friend logs his account using the same computer he has no problems with it. hope u can help me get my account up and running again. i dont want my 7 days VIP go to waste. i would like to make use of the seven days. thank you so much GM for quick response.

rannia, I want you to check something for me.
 
Close every active RO client, then relaunch RE:start as an admin, click on Play, do not log in yet.
On the ID/Password screen, left-click the black copyright bar found at the bottom of the screen and drag it all the way down, there is a hidden code underneath. It should match the one attached below, if there is no code or the code is different then let us know.

Should the code match then I'd ask you kindly to file in a ticket addressed to the relevant department using WP support system.
