rannia, I want you to check something for me.
Close every active RO client, then relaunch RE:start as an admin, click on Play, do not log in yet.
On the ID/Password screen, left-click the black copyright bar found at the bottom of the screen and drag it all the way down, there is a hidden code underneath. It should match the one attached below, if there is no code or the code is different then let us know.
Should the code match then I'd ask you kindly to file in a ticket addressed to the relevant department using WP support system.
