everything can be decarded EXCEPT dark lord essence, which is basically an Enchant on a card slot.

 

So do not use dark lord essence unless you're sure that equipment is yours and is best tied with the DLE forever.

DLEs are counted as enchants, the only way to remove them is if the gear you slotted them into happens to be enchantable, and resetting them is an option. Resetting the enchants of said gear will remove the DLE.
