Is this card effect behaves similar to universal high explosive TG card when carded to Bow class weapon with +10 refine or above?

 

Has anyone confirmed its effect currently working as intended in the description?

 

Is sakray still opened for public access ?

 

I need to make sure before decides to sell mine or keep it for self usage .

It's ranged damage me thinks. It's not a particularly good card honestly.

Yea sounds like that bio5 enchant for ranged dmg actually didnt someone say all ranged dmg/enchants after bio5 will be for bow only?

Is Resentful Soldier Card stronger than Powerful Archer Skeleton Card right ?

12% ranged damage when worn by character level 100 and above vs 20% ranged damage limited on bow class weapons with at least +10 refine level.

 

you can clearly see the pros and cons between these 2 cards.
