Perfect Hit affect skills and normal attacks
Perfect dodge only affect normal attacks.

Perfect Hit is applied to skills. So in this case, you can still shot the PF.

Perfect Dodge has highest priority. It can dodge both critical hit and perfect hit.
so basically ctrl click auto attack will miss vs 100 p.dodge, but i wonder about auto skill such as warg strike
at least i know now that 100 p.dodge will make you immune to martyr's reckon and spellfist.

Some auto skills require to 'hit' target to be proc.
So if you can't hit them. Auto skill can't proc too.
PD can dodge any kind of enhanced normal attack, Rhydo (even with Giant Growth proc) and Exceed break for an instance.
But PD can't dodge splash attack from Baphomet card or shotgun normal attack since it's considered as auto skill.

But "Perfect" Crit (at some certain level ... maybe 150% Crit or whatsoever) bypasses 100 Perfect Dodge.
Perfect Dodge > Perfect Hit for "pokes" only both normal & critical.
Perfect Dodge < Perfect Hit when skills are used. (simply because PD doesn't apply to skills).
HIT = FLEE. To keep it simple, whichever is higher enough, you either dodge or hit.
Perfect Hit is the chance, when despite having a low HIT to Flee ratio, you apply damage on the target, despite having the animation "Miss".
When you hit a target despite of that ratio, you'll see your damage and that's the "lucky hit" as the maximum FLEE rate is only 95% maximum.
"Perfect Crit" might be critical skill attacks like RG's Pinpoint as it will always hit unless BLOCKED.
(e.g. Pnuema, Kyrie Eleison, Cicada Skin Shed, Parry etc.)
And no, my RG has 157 Crit chance. My Kagerou perfect dodges a few times. That's including Exceed Break & Double Attack.
