Anyone here has a full Cart Tornado build? How does it stack against Cart Cannon with Geneticist Flamel Card and True Flamel Emure Card?

Maybe if they raise the stat cap to like 140+ the skill can shine, or if the damage formula is changed, but as of now it's pretty meh.
Though you'd only have to "waste" two skill points on it, so you can afford to get it to mess around.
(don't take level 3 or higher since the cooldown rises and the damage barely changes).

don't get your hopes up, the skill receives a fixed high cooldown on all lvls with the 185 update :U

Lol, so from "bad but functional" to outright waste of time.
I would have thought they'd make it the opposite where cooldown is reduced with higher skill levels to encourage taking it, but... well, kRO gonna kRO I guess.
I almost want to meet whoever the hell their designers are.

Tried out a +12 double true flamel robo arm, damage was pretty -_-. Better to just stick with cc lol

How much base STR did you have?
(it won't be great either way, but the skill formula really favors high base STR and cart weight)

120+xx, probably close to 140

Ah-kay, 120 is what matters since the formula uses this:
{Curr_Cart_Weight ÷ (150 − Base_STR)}
Which basically means you had cart weight / 30, which is at most 350%.
So assuming you took level 5, which you shouldn't, but it does produce the highest damage single hit possible -- it'd be 850% total atk power.
At 130 base STR you'd be able to get 1025%, which is still.... mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
If we ever got, say, a 145 base stat cap then you could get 2,600% which is pretty interesting (since it can then benefit from the skill mod boosts).
ANYWAY, all this to say that the skill sucks and is going to become even worse with the cooldown increases.

The skill mod is yeah, but the convenience of using CC is just too good/easy, especially all the side bonuses (100% hit, element, def-bypass).
I used level 2 CT for a long while before resetting my gen from 120 STR. I didn't think it was terrible, and a part of me was thinking maybe the bio 5 card on an RTE could make it shine, but the convenience of CC is just too good. The ability to cast CT twice does mean you can get some decent DPS, and it was very similar play style to rolling cutter or fire dance, which I like more.
I also hate the stupid animation on CC so a part of me is still dreaming/hoping /single tear
If the calculation is using total STR instead of base STR, the server will be exploded already. Since how easy is to get 150 total STR
I wonder if they could have done an approach like cannon-spear to make it more complementary to stacking STR. Maybe something like level of cart remodeling x total STR instead of just flat 50%.
It would make things like megs and bear's power bretty cool and work well with a high base atk weapons.
