At least no Academy! That's the bummer part I had when I came back to RO on the Chaos server.

 

If anything...let the Academy just redirect you to the classic quests, job change quests, and tips and tricks. Keep the starting point of RO on that island with the castle where that npc lady greets you.

I also prefer the traditional way of changing jobs.
