Hello, i can access the support page and see all my tickets etc but when i try to respond to a ticket it errors out. thanks for your help!

Its been up and down for weeks now (around 2-3 weeks). If you're responding to a ticket, best is to reply via your email.

 

If you're using the main support website:

1. Are you submitting with an attachment cause a few people reported their ticket went through went they submit without attachment.

2. Otherwise, clear cache, try a new browser etc.
