According to my friend

RBT hits 300% of a normal attack. It doesn’t Crit, so it also can miss a target. It also has a small delay. It has 20% chance to pro and when it does, Crit and DA won’t proc which means your overall damage is considerably lower.

If you want to experience what it's like, you can try it on sakray (assuming it's still up)

 

You could already experience it if you had a rogue with triple attack copied -- same thing, just now available in gear form for everyone. 

 

It's not actually useful unless you're a low ASPD (like sub 185 ASPD) auto-attack class tho because of how RTB works in comparison to DA. 

 

Anyway, they should make a garment that gives level 5 fear breeze ;DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

RTB is an actual skill, so it doesn't work as a triple attack, it's merely a skill on it's own so it truly cripples a lot of things.

@camp since the immortal dog tag is going to release with ocp xx , means to say the bug is fix right ? Can you please upload the bug fix version into sakray also for testing ? I believe no ppl willing to gamble on it which come with S tier and still bugging
