Every time when a new ocp release that come with set effect , there will be a person ask is that can be stack , and all the time the answer is .........

Never had an accessory that gives bonuses when refined gears gets higher that’s why I’m asking coz I don’t know even if it still stack it’s a set so don’t even try to be mr know it all lmao.

Think of it like the RWC memory weapons and the RWC ring/pendant. 
 
The dagger could combo with 1 ring and also 1 pendant, but not 2 rings or 2 pendants.

My guess is without any script to reference it won't work, and we don't have any other equipment in iRO that buffs dragon breath to just copy/paste it, so we'd have to wait for a fix from our unloving adoptive parents in laziest Korea.

Dragon training lv5 give 20% buff to the dragon breath skill, not sure whether the skill script works the same as the equipment script or not...

I am afraid price of SFB will not surge like JDR and Lindy Hop, the effects are pretty insignificant for SFB, especially if you have 2 x True KK Cards on it.

So far it had seemed like they were following a pattern and actually implementing Ragcans in order but then they switched up and skipped April and Spring to June (and 2 of the 3 August '17s we didn't get, where's Chemical Gloves?) Was REALLY hoping to mess around with Phoenix Crown or Powered Chip though.

If you play GX yourself, farming Sky fortress should be very easy for you. Keep doing and you will get it eventually lol
