It interferes with critting since it works like how double attack used to. Basically, RTB overrides a critical hit and it does not work with stuff like crushing strike or spell fist.

 

Since it is a skill, it has a chance to miss as well, unlike crits.

In addition to that, it also adds a pretty bad delay to your attacks when it does proc.

I wont even use Imperial Feather now even if it comes. Maybe just to do a Grand cross video but that's it. I doubt if anyone would make Crusader/Pally just to use Imperial Feather and level with GC -o-

 

I buy a lot less WPEs now. I feel bad every time I ask my BR friend to help me even though he quit the game already.

I dont even have their Facebook or Skype or whatsoever to bribe. Barely log in the game. Just hope in forums here and there
