So I saw this vid..

..dont understand why he seems to use lvl2 Inspiration (45 seconds duration, 8mins CD)..

but with this hat, he's left with 10 seconds till the next Inspiration recast.

lvl5 Inspiration has 5mins CD which is lower so why is this guy using lvl2?

- maxhp+ 10%, var cast time -10%, overbrand damage + 10% , fixed casting of overbrand -100%

- if King's Grace lv 5, Inspiration cooldown -10 secs

- if Moon Slasher lv 5, overbrand variable casting time -1 sec

- if Vanguard Force lv 5, maxhp +10%, maxsp+10%, def+150, mdef+15

- if the headgear +7, var cast time -5%, overbrand damage + 15%

- if the headgear +9, additional cast time -5%, overbrand damage +25%

- if the headgear +10, ignores mdef/def of all races by 100%

 

guess this hat leaves inspiration with a fixed 10 seconds CD.
the way it was phrased seemed like a pathetic reduction.

sigh, this month's OCP could have been this,
instead we got a stupid garment that gets in the way of DA Criting targets.

Our OB has no fixed casting time. It is after case delay that is equivalent in iRO. Unfortunately, WP will probably remove most of stuff from this headgear here.

i was talking about Inspiration here. Not Overbrand.

He was left with 10 seconds CD for the next Inspiration recast.

The way it was worded from Silviana's post, it seemed like a CD reduction.

WP messing this item is for another day, it has to arrive in iRO first, which is a huge obstacle.

I just pointed out that OB thing to remind you when this headgear comes, it might not be that OP. Remember the discussion we had in game long time ago but Imperial Glove? Same fate will happen to this headgear, most likely.

 

I dont mind if we can spam Inspiration every 10 seconds but ... it'll still take 1m EXP right? ... lol

you're being too pessimistic. it hasn't even arrived yet and you're already crucifying it. 

the 1M exp catalyst only makes it more reasonable to be able to recast in a few seconds.

I am always pessimistic because if it happens like I think, I wont be hurt. If I am too optimistic, it will hurt if it doesnt go the way I want. My thug defense mechanism   

 

Anyway lets cross our fingers for the best! I want to try this headgear too lol

Inspiration is stupidly expensive..

..Removes 90% of your buffs..

 

..1% damage reflect to yourself..

 

..destroys your Paladin & RG skill trees..

..requires 1M EXP and gets cancelled with SP leech attacks..

And yes.. I am ranting because this OCP was supposed to be here last April as per Silviana's post.

this explains everything.

60-10= 50 
50-40= 10 seconds CD.

Another inconsistency in jRO RG to iRO RG mechanics. Probably why this hat got delayed/cancelled.

Whatever comes is completely random and not decided by anyone here.

Imperial Feather really looks it got delayed.

I am not buying any WP's excuse for this one.

I recall someone in the forums said "they're trying to fix it before releasing" but that could also just be a bluff.

And i don't know why Silviana said this hat " is included in the April 2018 box" but never saw the light of day in iRO.
