I'm just change my+9FDA to +13 flattery dex5 and now I realized FDA did damage better than flat .. but for the overall yeah flat is the best

 

do you guy have any opinion about this ?

Dex5 Flattery robe also helps your char to reach instacast cart cannon when not using Cylinder Hairband and Harvester Hat.

 

The bomb damage should be better on flattery robe case due to +150 matk against 3% extra damage from FDA

For bombing and easier achievement of Insta Cast, Flattery will be better. But yeah FDA does better damage on boss type, one of the reasons I didn't get a Dex Flattery Robe for myself - since achieving Insta Cast isn't hard anymore.
