and items are just a 100% port from jRO to kRO based servers. If the item affects something that doesnt exists or works differently on kRO (thus iRO), well, get f**kd

Odd, only looks like it worked on Thor but not Chaos. I have reapplied the fix to chaos again. Tomorrow when we update boxter the fix will take effect.

In regarding Katnipped, item Mall Stones can be exchanged for other item mall stones hence the 3 stones are not included.

Being said, it may be possible in near future to have the same exchanged but it will be within the same drop category (e.g In game drop for in game drop, Kafra mall for Kafra mall).

That update was implemented. What exactly is the issue you are experiencing? Before many effects were locked behind a refine a +7. Now that is no longer required.

I will check. But ircc it won't change the final bonus. But the effects can start to be gained at +0 rather than +7

it does leave Inspiration with a 10 seconds delay till you can recast it.
in jRO at least... cause there, Inspiration lvl5 has 40 seconds duration, 60 seconds cooldown.
so you're left with 20 cooldown. phoenix reduces it by 10 seconds, so you're left with 10 seconds.

iRO Inspiration needs 200 seconds cooldown reduction to have a similar scenario.

You believe that would happen in iRO? I can tell that people who dont even play RG would ask for nerfs because they believe RG is not meant to be OP. According to my mentor, he said, It's your art of playing RG that is meant to be OP to make RG OP. Though, it would make sense if iRO Inspiration, after wearing the head, was 100 seconds cooldown.

According to you,

That means,

In iRO, it should be, Inspiration level 5 has 100 seconds duration and 300 seconds cooldown.
So you're left with 200 cooldown. Phoenix would reduce it by 100 seconds, so you're left with 100 seconds.

AKA, Phoenix reduce Inspiration's reminding cooldown time by 50%. 20 seconds -> 10 seconds. 200 seconds -> 100 seconds. Dont lose hope though!
