To The Campitor or who can elaborate on the matter "officially", or has actually tested in game

Leveling Event is good news. Getting ready to start alt army. I have a question before investing though, 

I read somewhere that the code behind the event works like a steam ring, the lower your level the more you get out of it. The question is would I still benefit from stacking 2 steam rings on top of the chars I am leveling, would i get the full benefit of event + 1st ring + 2nd ring?

Too many numbers to count, but that would be very experienced experience for my level up, nu...?

Thanks ahead for sharing. I will do some poring experiments after manteinance depending on the info available.

Only 1 Steam Ring works. 2x Steam Rings dont stack. I tested it. RIP my zenny.

 

I am not sure tho if Steam Ring works with the Jumping July Leveling Event

this is weird... in the past i have always used 2 thinking they stack...
