Does the Axe Boomerang and Power Swing buff of +6Bellum Guillotine only work for WoE and PVP and not in PVM?

It would make sense, Bellum weapons are only for those environments after all. The only Player based weapon that works in all environments that I am aware of are KVM weapons.

yes. the effects are only in PVP/WOE. however their base atk power and base weight can be used on PVM.

it’s still a PVP/WOE weapon in the end. If you’re looking for a PVE weapon, it’s still better to consider minepicker axe for 2 slot, 400 weight weapon, hurricane fury second choice, and maybe even just thanatos axe (also 300atk, 400 weight, 1 slot) for the HP/SP leech since you can’t wear both vana nor eda due to headgear and armor lock.

Each slot is another 60% axe boom dmg which is a lot, vellum is only good for pvp
