A few of us put the moonlight spawn to test after this maintenance and killed, with absolutely no doubt, over 1,000 spawns of the nine-tails and did not see moonie spawn anywhere. 

 

If you could good sir, please check on that.

 

(we used DP's counts from the battle report via replay to make sure we were at the right kill count, and others who we were not keeping track of were also there killing stuff, so guaranteed over 1k kills).

I vote we have a server restart every week, seemed a fast track of things being done. Or it's always happening, just ninja'd and no mention of it.
