I thought Mesmerist was one time reset even though we get the reset event.
Mesmerist in Thor gave unli reset for a year when the server opened. I was thinking about that when I said that. Now that you've mentioned it, I think she'd be giving only one attempt for the event. Thank you for pointing that out

I wonder if Temp str BP boots + Temp ring is better than Enforcer shoes? Has anyone tried?

Depends... can you reach 100% bypass without Enforcer?
