tldr: Whenever you ask it to perform, the sprite dissapears for a while.

The NPC is east prontera, next to the weapon shop. It does nothing but replaces the egg with a fresh egg. This does nothing to fix the bug since it's all missing bits and poor coding.

But yes, do not use the option unless you have that performance issue with the pet. I believe it is no longer relevant though, unless the egg is extremely old and buggy. From what I gathered, there is no intention to omit the service off the NPC's listing. There may be an attempt put some context into the function of Green Maiden exchange.

I poked into the sprite of the green maiden pet, it has no animations for the performance so that is a sprite issue. As for it being a Poring in every way, that is a pet talk table and database issue.

It doesn't seem to give any performance animation right now, yes. But I think the function of the NPC is not related to the actual issue client side, at least from what I got from the staff.
