damage from player - 5%

That's Insane! Every 2 mins you can use No limit + 75% resist on certain elements?So this is RO (RANGERnarok Online).

Woah. That rainbow scarf is ranger's big break.

 

Total you get

-10% ranged damage, 5%HP & SP @ +7

- minus 180 second from no limit; for having warg rider

- 10% aftercast delay and -0.2 sec CD on Arrow Storm; for having camouflage lv5

- Up to 20% ranged damage and 10% more Arrow Storm damage; for having Aim Bolt

 

And most importantly, whatever of the 4 natural element arrow you wear, you get 75% (real nice) reduction from that element.

 

It's not their big break.

There's a hotkey for switching gears before using no limits so that you can use it every 2 mins unless they change the script.

Actually every 1 min, since No Limit by itself lasts 1 min, so you can go No Limit for about 50% of the time. The usefulness of 75% elemental reduction may be overrated though, I aint sure it is as good as you think.

The jRO version implicitly cancels the no limits buff when unequipping the garment.

 

So you would be wasting it all the same.

 

It would be different if it did 240 seconds, since it would mean trading off the white wing set for a never ending no limits buff, which would be great for leveling.

For sure overrated. Typically monsters use an elemental aoe of their corresponding element. Like Ifrit using Meteor Storm. And you'd have to be a madman to use fire arrows vs Ifrit.

Finally we're getting Imperial Feather to complete the Imperial set. This set will probably be the strongest set RGs can ever have. This makes me wonder if jRO/kRO RGs are already OP and thus most RG gears from jRO and updates from kRO are pretty dull to me

i dont think this will be part of verus spotlight but i'll ask anyways just incase.. So central lab instance, i wonder if that will be effected also in terms of drop rate.

 

I don't think MVPs were ever included in the spotlight bonus, they just boost normal mobs spawn, exp + drop rate.

 

From iro wiki's page on spotlight.

unless the way ranged skills work same with CC in future which is forced to follow ammunition element, then this wont work.

 

 

if you still able to use Mild Wind / Converter / Endow, using water-converted fire arrow on high refined BXB/CBow is not that bad i think

Full AS build you may still stick with WW set but generally this garment outdamages FAW shooter while adding the nolimit bonus and hugeness elemental reductions. It’s still very good.

You can just use converter to mitigate using fire arrows against fire mobs, yes you do lose some dmg but it’s just the arrow part (which isn’t a lot tbh). If you pair the right element with 2 KBC and or just one element proof potion, you get 95-100% reduction that easily. It’s bound to make life a lot easier.
